Dolby Medical Home Respiratory Care Ltd Stirling It Service Desk Configuration Operator 6.50 per hour Dolby Medical Home Respiratory Care Ltd has recently won new business requiring a rapid expansion of our It infrastructure. We are currently seeking to fill the above post on a temporary basis to assist our It Manager in supporting users and deploying equipment during this period The post will be for an 8 week period and is likely to suit an It literate student or recent graduate seeking short term flexible employment with the opportunity to gain experience in a support and deployment role. The role will primarily be responsible for manning our Service Desk logging issues and providing first line support to users. Additionally you will be required to assist with the configuration and deployment of new equipment and software to users. You will have the opportunity to gain experience of the following technologies Install and configuration of Windows 7 Pc s running Office 2010 Thin Terminal Devices Voip Mobile Phones Printers and other peripherals Our It Infrastructure is based on Windows 2008 Server Active Directory and Group Policy Sql 2008 Virtual Desktop Services System Centre Please email covering letter detailing your experience and the reasons you feel you would be sutable
