Your Responsibilities Day-to-day administration of Salesforce.com customisation and data integration To train non-technical stakeholders in the use of Sfdc To own and develop the Sfdc training program To collaborate with users and management in defining analysing and designing of new processes and systems Delivering value to the business To play a key role in the team and be dynamic Work with the Crm administrator and functional departments to ensure the support documentation is kept up to date Your Skills Undergraduate and Masters students preferably with It and Computer Science degrees (other subjects are also welcome) Good understanding of Software languages Apex Visual Force would be ideal Attention to detail Database and reporting skills Understanding of data concepts and data manipulation Ability to work towards targets Excellent friendly persuasive and impeccable communication skills and excellent telephone manner Positive attitude energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
