Cnc Setter Operators (dornoch)

We currently have a number of fantastic opportunities for Cnc Setter Operators to work for a large employer in Cheltenham. Shifts available- Days 9.68ph-Mon Thu 0745-1645 Fri 0745-1230 Weekday Nights 14.52ph Mon Thu 1800-0600 Weekend Nights 14.52 19.36ph Fri to Sun 1800-0700 Previous experience is essential in both setting and operating Cnc Machines with knowledge of Mori Seki Mazac or Hitachi type horizontal machining centres preferable. The work ranges from one offs to medium batch sizes and you will need to be fully conversant with working to complex drawings with minimal supervision to produce components to fine tolerances in a range of cast materials. This will involve selection of correct tooling such as tooling and gauges taking responsibility for in-process inspection. Knowledge of Fanuc programming desirable.
