Process Engineer (Wednesbury)

Reporting to the Operations Manager the main responsibilities for the Process Engineer will be to drive first time capability improvement actions targeting scrap and rework measurable through developing pour patterns formulations and process parameters. You will assist in raising awareness and training employees in process requirements. You will provide accurate data and reports to the Process Manager. You will attend and participate in communication activities team briefs quarterly presentations and Kaizen workshops in addition to any other duties normally encompassed with manufacturing engineering. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in Manufacturing Engineering Chemical with a proven track record in a similar role and have experience in a relevant processing function and thorough knowledge of process management. You will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels both internal and external to reach team goals and business objectives.
