We are proud to represent this leading Automotive Tier 1 supplier in their search for a Maintenance Co-ordinator Supervisor based in their plant in Wednesbury West Midlands. Reporting to the Engineering Manager the main responsibilities for the Maintenance Co-ordinator Supervisor will be working as part of a team to provide an effective and efficient support service to all the Plant and ancillary equipment. You will also deputise in the absence of the functional head. You will oversee the management of preventative maintenance system and associated follow up work. You will attend and participate in communication activities team briefs quarterly presentations and Kaizen workshops in addition to any other duties normally encompassed with manufacturing engineering. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in an engineering discipline or equivalent. With a proven track record in a similar role and have experience of working as part of a maintenance team in a fast moving manufacturing environment you would have led projects and have thorough knowledge of process management. You will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels both internal and external to reach team goals and business objectives.
