Production Supervisor (Poole)

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor Foreman to join one of our engineering customers in the Poole area. The main purpose of the job will be to maintain the necessary output and quality of product to suit production requirements. Key tasks will involve effective forward loading of spot Mig Dipping sections to suit production schedule liasing with production manager to ensure production targets are achieved monitoring and controlling job packs production output monitoring and improving quality levels setting machines for production operatives operating machinery for production of batch runs and prototypes training operators checking 1st offs to drawings available recommend ideas that may improve production conditions some first aid and Health and Safety.
