Financial Modeller with Facilities Management Bid Experience Bristol Salary Maximum £60400 plus 5 -10 bonus pension scheme Bupa The Company One of the world leaders in engineering support services for government clients and corporate organisations requires a Financial Modeller with experience in bidding for Facilities Management contracts. This is a new position due to expansion based in Bristol. Experience Required The essential experience required for this role is as follows A Degree or equivalent qualification At least 5 10 years post-graduate experience at least half of which should have been in Facilities Management Experience in bidding for Facilities Management contracts Experience of developing and maintaining financial models in Excel including having built models from scratch as opposed to solely model audit Good understanding of Hard Fm within a Tfm context Experience of working in Prince2 based project environments. Our ideal candidate would have experience of Facilities Management in hard services be experienced in bidding for multi-site contracts and possess a good understanding of Fm contracts and how they fit with other services as well as possessing strong modelling skills in Excel. Please note the above attributes are essential you require all of the above to be eligible for this role. Desirable though not essential are any of the following Operational experience Multi-sector experience Working understanding of MoD Spec 005 (Schedules A-C) Wider industry experience for example Hvca Sfg20 Soft Fm experience Experience of Fm influence in building design. The Role Internally the role is deemed Estimator Your main task here is to support the bid team with estimating data in the form of financial models built in Excel to support the delivery of contracted Fm services. This will include being part of a bespoke bid team as and when business demands.
