Big Smile Big Opportunity (Central London)

We are looking to recruit two intelligent articulate individuals with big smiles to help coordinate the running of the day at our busy makeover and photography studio based in the West End. The role is varied and involves various admin duties greeting customers and allocating work to makeup artists and photographers. Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills and have at least one years experience working in a five star environment such as a hotel restaurant or spa. This is essential in order for us to consider your application. Providing top-end customer care and being able to keep calm under pressure are a must. We are looking for someone who Always wears a big smile Has min. one year s 5 experience Has exceptional customer care skills a positive mental attitude and a commitment to excellence You may come from a customer facing environment preferably in a high end hospitality or creative industry. You are an excellent problem-solver who enjoys a turning a challenge into a success. Excellent time-keeping and a smart appearance are a must as are fast and accurate data entry skills. The salary is £16k per annum (increasing to £18k per annum after a probationary period. Early shift starts at 830am and the usual finish time for the late shift is 930pm. There will also be the opportunity to earn bonuses and win prizes. You must be available to start immediately and work full time over Monday to Sunday as stated above.
