Charles Hamilton is a young dynamic focused company with a strong desire to provide excellent property sales lettings management services to our landlords tenants buyers sellers. We are ideally located to cover property in East Central London. Our highly motivated team of property professionals have extensive knowledge of our local area enabling us to deliver the highest possible levels of service to our clients We are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our hardworking energetic team of professionals. The successful candidate needs to be a highly motivated team player with enthusiasm and energy. In addition you will need a full driving license and a car. Responsibilities for this position include Registering applicants Carrying out viewings Sourcing new properties to market Property valuations Uploading property details to website and portals Negotiation with landlords applicants Knowledge of the docklands area and experience within the lettings sector is preferred but not essential as ongoing training will be provided.
