Trainee Experienced Property Manager 25k Ote Competitive Basic (London)

Established in 2007 Concept Spaces is an independent young modern and vibrant estate agency with head office based in North West London. We specialise in managing and letting properties on behalf of investors both with single properties to large portfolios. We work closely in partnership with investment brokers and developers as well as directly being instructed by banks and administrators to manage and sell portfolios. Ideally you will have be knowledgeable with maintenance issues and know how to deal with plumbers electrician and handymen. You will be also be required to undergo Arala training which will give you a real career progression. To be successful at this job you must be organised have a logical head authoritative deal with any issues that arise promptly and have particular attention to detail. You will also be well spoken and have good command of the English language. Main duties will include Drafting Tenancy documents Routine inspections Residential File Progression Liaising with contractors authorising remedial works to be carried out logging maintenance issues from tenants ensuring they are dealt with in a timely fashion Updating maintaining databases property files accurately Drawing up Notices Booking inventories check in and check out Logging deposits with Dps and managing dilapidation costs Liaising with landlords Arranging move ins and move outs Negotiating renewals Negotiating Rent Increases Answering the phones Acting as the key master Occasionally liaising with high end celebrity landlords You must be Well spoken with good command of English both verbally and written Organised Mature attitude Logical and lateral thinking Excellent communication skills Good telephone manner Good sense of humour We offer Friendly and professional working environment Arla Training Mobile Phone Quarterly performance reviews bonuses 20 day holiday Birthday 16.5k 20k Basic dependent on experience 25k Ote commission In first instance please send your Cv with covering letter
