Novus Leisure is currently looking to recruit pro-active Sales Executives to work in our sexy venue Kanaloa Shoe Lane. Kanaloa is a joint venture between Novus Leisure (owners of the Tiger Tiger Brand and Jewel brand) and Nick House Entertainment (Mahiki Whisky Mist. Our team is dedicated motivet ambitious and they work hard and play hard. With over 50 of sales managers recruited internally this is an excellent opportunity to get your career started within the hospitality sales environment. The role is a varied one and includes the following Driving bookings and guest list Face to face meetings and cold calling Pro actively selling the venue to existing and new customers Driving bookings and guest list Answering the phone Co-ordinating events and showcases Day to day Venue admin Creatively producing and promoting themed nights Managing a computer based booking system The role is suited for someone who is used to dealing with clients on a daily basis and has worked in a target driven environment. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as basic computer skills. You must love interacting with customers have a passion for the industry and above all be able to exceed our customers expectations. You must be able to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
