In a B2C environment and are looking for a stable company that really look after it s people The role is available immediately so please forward your Cv to paul telepower.co.uk for a full job spec or call Paul Marshall on 020 7630 6496 Main Duties Supervise and motivate staff on a day to day basis Ensure the daily operations of the department run smoothly Ensure the team are following the structure of the sales calls Ensure the team achieve the targets set for the department Ensure the company structure and policies aren t compromised Ensure the department is organised with regards to equipment Report on a daily weekly basis to the Call Centre Manager Monitoring attendance and timekeeping Dealing with basic Hr issues Evaluating staff on a monthly basis Hold regular training sessions for the team Personal Specification 6 months previous experience as a team leader Proven track record of outbound telesales Proof of sales performance ideally Must live no more than an hours commute from Brentford Flexible with regard to working hours Take ownership of the role Be organised and able to plan incentives Motivate themselves as well as their team Hours 4 days a week 12.30 9 one day a week 9 5 and one Saturday a month 9 1
