Experience and requirements To join us as a Customer Care Adviser you should be a person who cares about customers with at least 6 months experience in a similar role You should have basic computer skills and office experience Are able to smile over the phone and have excellent English Can work under pressure and like a fast paced dynamic atmosphere Great attitude to work and ability to enjoy working as a part of a team are essentials Appetite for sales will be an advantage. Customer Care Adviser Duties As a Customer Care Adviser your primary concern is to make our customers happy by making sure they are getting the best service. You will Take orders over the phone and record them on the system Deal with customers enquiries or complaints Promote seasonal products offers as required.
