Customer Service Representative- Internet events Up to £17K dependent on experience Sweatshop- the UK s fastest growing running specialist is looking for a full time Internet and Events Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Isleworth Middlesex. This exciting new role will give you the opportunity to provide the highest levels of customer service to all customers who contact Sweatshop in regards to events issues internet orders and all other phone and email queries. Spending up to one day a week training in a Sweatshop store you will have the knowledge to be able offer thorough technical product advice to all customers. Being a key member of the events team you will be responsible for the organisation of pre race administration and will attend the Sweatshop events to manage the help desk. Excellent training will be provided but the ability to learn quickly and use intermediate It skills- word excel and database will be required. The successful candidates will posses excellent communication and organisation skills coupled with the ability to provide ground breaking customer service.
