Suck UK (w.suck.uk.com) was established in 2000 as a boutique design company specialising in original gifts and accessories. The business has developed and flourished into a high profile brand recognised for their design and production of unique and quirky products for the home. The UK office is based in East London with a flagship store in the Southbank s Oxo Tower. The company currently supplies over 1000 stores in 30 countries worldwide. We are looking for a new team member to run the office and assist with the daily demands of a busy studio. It is essential that you have experience in customer service and office administration. Purpose of this position within the company The first point of contact both arriving at the office and on the phone. To give anyone contacting Suck UK a courteous and efficient experience making customers happy Your role and main duties Answering telephone queries and transferring calls taking messages as appropriate. Answering email queries and requests and forwarding to colleagues as required. Management of websales liaising with consumers regarding all aspects of their order. Paypal capturing payments issuing refunds and producing credit notes for these on Access. Sorting mail both in and out. Weekly stock transfer. Taking minutes in weekly company meeting and emailing summary to everyone at Suck UK. Sourcing and ordering of stationery and office supplies (bearing cost in mind. Stocking and display of office shop Keep meeting area looking good. Keep kitchen area tidy and stocked up. Update office diary with meetings and holidays.
