It 1st 2nd Line Desktop Engineer Covent Garden London 17k An It 1st 2nd Line Engineer with commercial experience in 1st and or 2nd is required for a support contract dealing with day to day desktop and till support. Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment you will be providing 1st 2nd Line Support to users. Essential Skills Required -Experience Supporting a busy and fast paced environment in a 1st and or 2nd Line capacity -A strong knowledge of all Microsoft Applications (Office Outlook etc Good working knowledge of Server 2003 and Windows Xp -Networking protocols including Tcp Ip -Good working knowledge of Active Directory -Experience working in a desktop support environment -Experience working and supporting Exchange -Ability to demonstrate good communication skills and ability to deal with problems and technical issues in a pressurised and time sensitive environment Desirable Skills -Anti Virus -Vpn Technology Key Benefits -Food provided Lunch -Ad hoc training when it will benefit the business -Good career progression This is an immediate position with interviews taking place over the coming days.
