The Change Group is working with a well known fast growing online marketing agency based in Central London. This company has experienced massive year on year growth and has firmly established itself in a very short amount of time. Due to this growth the company are now looking to recruit an experienced It Manager to join the team in a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is fast becoming the market leader in what they do. They frequently win awards for their work and now is an exciting time to join them as the company continues to grow internationally. You will proactively manage all day to day It operations of the business therefore you must be comfortable working in an independent role whilst liaising with all members of staff at different levels. Responsibilities include Provide technical support to the London office on a day to day basis Oversee the development and maintenance of the It infrastructure including networking security and resilience Maintain and manage the external webservers Work with senior staff to enhance the It policy currently in place Active involvement in streamlining various procedures on a national and international level Any other adhoc duties required as and when Suitable candidates will have approximately 3 years experience or more in an It support or Managerial role in a fast paced environment. Candidates with experience within a similar sector would be an advantage but it is not essential. You must be confident working with Mac Os X Linux Mac Mail Skype Mac Os X Server and Google Apps. Experience working with Php Python shell scripting and various social networking platforms is advantageous. A full job description will be provided to suitable candidates.
