Our Company En Route Solutions is a solely United Kingdom owned It and Consulting Company based in the City with more than 12 years experience in designing supplying implementing and supporting integrated solutions to small medium and large corporations. En Route Solutions core day to day business is in providing a managed service approach for It support to its small to medium enterprise clients. Job It Support Engineer (Not Just Phone Desk) We are seeking a self-motivated individual to work as an It Support Analyst. You will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day 1st 2nd line support have sound understanding of Network Infrastructure Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Technical Must have 2 years experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft Exchange Mail System You should be able to demonstrate the ability to support desktops and laptops running Windows Xp Lan Dsl and general networking (With education and testing of Windows 7 for the successful candidate Knowledge of Windows 2003 8 Network infrastructure Active Directory (Mcp Mcdst would be advantage but not essential Experience with Office applications especially Outlook 2003 2007 2010 maintenance and administration Good understanding of networks Internet and Internet technologies and how they work Knowledge of Mac Os will be an advantage. General Open minded with ability to develop relationship with a multifunctional and multicultural team Excellent problem solving skills. Logical and analytical approach to fault finding Strong technical communication and documentation skills Must be self-motivated and able to manage their own time and priorities Good communication skills. Salary £17 22K based on Experience
