Summary Of Role You will be supporting up to 1000 users spanning across 4 company sites additional temporary production sites also will need support. Working within a team of 5 Working hours are based on 8 1 2 hour day but actual hours will slightly vary in order to keep the It helpdesk staffed from 0830 to 1830 Monday Friday. At interview the applicant must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for a career in It and logical problem solving skills as an indication of the potential to quickly learn the necessary skills Main Tasks 60-70 of the time will be spent giving telephone based support but there will be a requirement for Pc Phone moves and face to face desk-side support so excellent customer service skills are essential.
