Customer Sales Advisor 18,105 plus uncapped commission (Doxford Park)

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join the outbound sales department of one of the UK s leading high street banks based at their contact centre in Doxford Park Sunderland. Based in a vibrant dynamic contact centre you will join a friendly and lively team in the bank s lending department providing a comprehensive and professional service to valued customers. Making outbound calls you will be contacting both potential and existing customers to promote the bank s range of loan products. You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with your customers and respond to their needs recommending the best products and services to suit them and spotting opportunites to cross-sell and generate quality referrals for other departments. Please note this is not cold calling you will be working from warm leads either contacting potential customers who have already expressed an interest in the bank s loan products or contacting existing customers to assist them with any further lending requirements they may have. You will work to highly attainable sales targets and will be rewarded for your hard work with an uncapped commission structure ongoing support and training and fantastic career progression opportunities. There are several start dates available with interviews taking place immediately. You will be working full time hours with the following shift pattern Monday to Thursday 12.00pm 8.00pm plus either Friday 12.00pm 6.30pm or Saturday 9.00am 3.30pm. We are looking for confident friendly and professional candidates with significant experience of working within a regulated sales environment and proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will have a confident telephone manner or previous experience of telephone-based sales along with excellent customer service skills and the self motivation and desire to succeed in a targeted sales environment. Previous banking experience is not essential but you must have experience of selling within a regulated environment.
