Job Description Plan Insurance are currently seeking 3 New Business Sales Advisors. The successful applicants will be responsible for handling inbound new telesales enquiries and negotiating new business sales terms within Plan Insurances lively new business teams. Enquiries are to be pursued to ensure the highest possible conversion rate. All work is to comply within Fsa Regulations. No cold calling is necessary as sufficient leads will be provided. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Bonuses are paid in addition to basic salary and are based on achieving realistic team sales targets. Desired Skills Experience The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and will have been a top performer on a consistent basis. They will be tenacious driven dynamic and determined to achieve desired goals. Although previous insurance experience is preferable a proven track record of delivering in new business sales is essential. A strong organisational ability is required along with excellent relationship building and communication skills. The Company subscribes to an online system giving fully approved in house product and compliance training.
