Inbound Call Handler (temporary) (Edinburgh)

Description An urgent requirement has arisen to work within a third party service provider in Edinburgh. This investment company requires number of individuals to work on a temporary ongoing basis within the telephone team to deliver exceptional service to all clients. Candidates must have experience handling large volumes of inbound calls and dealing with clients on a daily basis in a professional manner. You must have worked handling calls within a financial services or banking environment. Core Responsibilities To provide a high standard of customer service for existing and potential clients who contact by telephone Handle client enquiries into the organisation in a polite professional manner within the timescales detailed in Service Level Agreement and within the standards of the Client Services Department Take ownership of providing client with satisfactory resolution within the timescales detailed in Slas Undertake training and coaching as directed in order to facilitate the high level of client service required Liaise in a professional and friendly manner with other business areas to facilitate response to client enquiries Have a working knowledge of all Management Company products and procedures Maintain accurate data for all client enquiries and regularly update personal workload Employees may be required to perform additional duties and other functions within their employing company Core Skills Strong oral communication skills Inquisitive Excellent client servicing ability Ability to work quickly and cope under pressure Initiative Core Requirements Computer literacy together with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel Word Outlook (or Lotus Notes) is an essential skill set for this role Must have worked in a call handling role within a Financial Services or Investments environment previously Experience handling large volumes of incoming calls Core-Asset Consulting offer specialist recruitment services to the Investment Banking Financial Services Secretarial Support and Human Resources markets across Scotland.
