Private Acquisitions is a fast growing mergers and acquisitions corporate finance advisory firm. We act for owners of businesses in the mid market and specialise in private equity funded transactions. We are seeking a number of freelance transaction managers to help manage a rapidly increasing deal flow. You will need to have extensive experience acting as intermediary in the sale of private businesses and in particular in managing sales to private equity investors. Earnings for each assigment average around £75K and if you are able to devote most of your time to this work then 6 completed transactions in the first year would be a reasonable expectation.
