Company An instantly recognizable High Street Bank based in the centre of Chelmsford is looking for candidates with exceptional administration skills. Role To carry out a range of assigned clerical support duties in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards under appropriate guidance and direction. Key Accountabilities Carry out a range of assigned clerical support duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all relevant account data administration requirements within agreed service standards. When required respond to a range of general standard processing enquiries referring to senior colleagues where appropriate. Prepare a range of returns and reports as appropriate. Contribute to the completion of the team s workload. Key Skills Experience Previous administration experience essential including data entry Good typing speed Good Pc skills Interpersonal skills Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent team work skills Benefits Centre of town local public transport available to location. Hours of work Monday to Friday between 08.00 18.00. 35hrs a week Rate of Pay £7.00 per hour paid on a weekly basis Start date Immediate This is a temporary ongoing position.
