Assistant Group Home Manager (Bristol)

Temporary role but may lead to permanent. Salary depending on experience. Candidates must have experience working within or closely with probation. Working as part of a small team within a larger organisation. We deal with vulnerable adults dealing with addictions mental health and social exclusion. This role will require you to communicate effectively at all levels. The right candidate will be responsible for carrying out initial assessments and on going care plans and communicating these to the operations cluster managers. Keeping the properties clean and reporting any damage. Dealing with on going issues residence may have and supporting by sign posting any additional support required. As deputy manager you will stand in for the manager. Please apply with a Cv and covering letter. A minimum Gcse English and Maths or equivalent essential. A social care qualification would be an advantage and two years experience in the field.
