As Business Development Coordinator you will be Indentifying and develop proposals and programmes in response to market opportunities Working with local team to promote and market service delivery models Developing business plans and implement local strategy to gain new income to sustain existing work beyond 2013 and develop the model of operations into new areas in the UK. Representing the programme at national and regional forums and conferences including presenting on the vision and success of the work when requested Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings Overseeing the development of marketing literature Providing local regional and national management with market feedback. Candidate Requirements Educated to degree level Cert Diploma in Marketing Sales Business Finance Fundraising or a related field. Car driver owner with access to vehicle Skills within the business development field Understanding of the differences opportunities and challenges of working in and with the public private and third sectors Experience of Market analysis and identifying opportunities Proven track record in acquiring new business and business growth in public private or third sector. Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders Effective written and verbal communications skills that can be varied to particular audiences and supported with use of Microsoft packages.
