Support Worker Pulse are one of the market leading health and social care agencies supplying to day centres residential domiciliary settings and supported housing units in and around London. We are currently recruiting learning disabilities support workers. Pay Rates starting from £7.50 hr Locations Out of London i.e. Kingston Teddington and Carlshalton Description You will be working with service users whom suffer from moderate sever learning and physical disabilities challenging behaviour and mild severe mental health issues Duties include laundry shopping meal preparation personal care participating in activities social events attending of medical appointments etc Assisting with taking medication Help with decision making what to eat wear go etc To understand any changes in their care plan Promote independence Mobility and Behaviour support Support in their personal safety You must be flexible and willing to travel between zones 4 6 shift times differ according to each client. We offer earlys lates sleep in s Asap shifts and occasional nights. Requirments Current Crb Nvq Ii Health Social Care or equivalent (must have completed or studying towards one Care work experience at least 6 months in the last 12 months must be in the UK Five years of professional references Full time availability Must have at least 6 months remaining on any type of Visa Current Crb learning and physical disabilities with mental health experience is essential.
