Deputy Head of Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities (Lewisham London)

Deputy Head of Service Salary £33133pa Plus has been successfully providing support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities for over 28 years and is rightly proud of its achievements. We are developing these services even further and are looking for a Deputy Head of Service to help us to cover the absence of a key member of our team for up to a year whilst she is on maternity leave. Leading a range of both residential and community based services this fixed term post is an excellent opportunity to utilise your operational skills to develop the highest possible standard of support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems. Applicants must have sound experience in working at an operational management level in learning disabilities and hopefully an understanding of mental health issues as well as the ability to use this experience to help us achieve our objectives.
