Senior Support Worker (Hendon, London)

Trinity House (Residential Care home Mental Health) we are looking for people to take on the role of Senior Support Worker (X 5) Wage £7.00 8.00 Per Hour 20 37.5 Per Week 4 5 Days From 7 Over 24 Hours Location NW4. An Nvq Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is desirable or willing to train. Supervisory and team leading experience essential. Duties include giving support to other members of staff monitoring car plans and assisting the Home Manager supporting caring for residents developing care plans supervising the delivery of care leading the shifts and supervising support staff. Previous experience in a mental health care setting is preferred. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant.
