Norton House Hotel Spa part of the Hand Picked portfolio is a country house hotel set in the outskirts of Edinburgh. The hotel has 83 bedrooms a 3 rosette restaurant 130 seater brasserie 7 conference rooms and a 6 room state of the art conference centre. We have also opened a new Leisure Club and Spa consisting of 9 treatment rooms swimming pool gym and fitness studio. Norton House Hotel Spa Scottish Aa Hotel of the Year 2008-2009 3aa Rosettes is looking for a Commis Chef to work with us on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work and learn in one of Scotland s top rated restaurants. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic about food. Some experiences would be an advantage but are not essential.
