Sous chef for newly rennovated small Cotswold hotel (Cirencester)

Exciting opportunity for enthusiastic chef on the way up. Must have experience in Aa Rosette level establishment or higher. Will run kitchen alongside head chef and deputise in his absence. Should have knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients be a good communicator and have an understanding of financials and H&S. Busy operation consists of bar food restaurant and functions.
