The Black Swan in Idridgehay is looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside the Chef Owner cooking traditional British dishes. The Black Swan has an excellent reputation for good food and is in a rural village in pictureque surroundings. We are looking for a Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years experience who can lead by example working quickly and maintaining levels of cleanliness and tidiness at all times delivering high quality and well prepared food without compromise. Must be a good all rounder capable of running any section be organised and methodical in preparing mis en place Above all must have a good attitude towards their work and a desire to succeed and progress within the industry. Would suit a strong Senior Chef de Partie with minimum 3 years experience who is looking to take on more responsibility and progress in the Industry. Salary dependent on experience.
