Chef de Partie required for food led pub with great reputation in Kent. Duties to include Larder and Pastry work in a team of 5 in a friendly and rewarding kitchen. A good sound knowledge of Food Safety is required to maintain high standards. Applicant must speak good english and have a good attititude to work. Working week is 5 days out of 7. Pay is dependant on experience and skill. Please attach a current cv and any menu that you may have been working on recently if possible.
