The candidatewill need to have a good solid background working within high quality fine dining kitchens and should be passionate about what you do.You should be a proven Chef de Partie with good skills and knowledge of working with fresh ingredients as well as being creative and talented with exceptionally high standards. You will need to have experience of managing your own sections in the kitchen with the flexibility to work across different sections. The ideal Chef de Partie will also assist in training junior members of the team and ensuring high levels of health and hygiene are maintained.
