Chef De Partie (Gloucestershire)

An inspiring and beautiful country house hotel is looking to secure the services of an experienced chef de partie to join a multi award winning property. The Job As Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Commis and or Demi chefs. This will include preparing a wide range of dishes and garnishes for the fine dining restaurant brassiere and wedding parties. The Candidate Ideally will have experience of working in a rosette level fine dining environment Must be passionate about cooking and quality driven Should be used to cooking modern British cuisine Will have a strong understanding of food safety and legislation Must be proactive and able to work well within the brigade Will be opened minded to learning Should have a stable and progressive work history Will ideally be a car driver due to the properties remote location This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop in a fun working environment with the reward of progressing within the team.
