Job description The ideal Chef de partie will be from a 4 5 star hotel or restaurant with rosette fine dining experience. You will be a very foody and enthusiastic person who can run their own section and have the ability to work across others. As Chef De partie you must be passionate about fresh produce be enthusiastic with a can do attitude and a natural flair for cooking. You will be use to working with fresh ingredients and preparing food to a very high standards. Client Profile Our client is an Aa rosette awarded Hotel in Wimbledon south west London. The standarsd in the kitchen or very high and this is also shown in the other parts of the hotel. The Head Chef is of ex michelin star background so this will give the successful Chef De Partie a great chance to develop their skilss futher. Required Experience Must have a minimum of 1aa rosette experience Experience in working with freshproduce Must have experience working in a similar role Live in easy commute to Wimbledon Salary Benefits £19500 Great Working environment Eligibility In line with the requirements of the Asylum Immigration Act 1996 all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
