Cook and Front of House Whittington Park, Tufnell Park (Tufnell Park)

Community Diner is a new charity (see w.amitamore.com) with premises in Whittington Park in North London within a Community Centre. We are recruiting initially for bank staff in all areas leading to permanent offers for suitable candidates to cover weekend and some weekday shifts. We have a coffee shop serving a simple but tasty menu we pride ourselves on good service an excellent health and safety record and happy staff. We also cook for a nursery and elders club. Rates Competitive market rates depending on experience. Roles Cook and Front of House Hours Cook 9am to 2pm Mon Fri Front of House 9am 5pm 5 days a week inc. Saturday 10am till 5pm Skills Cook must have skill in basic home cooking and nutrition skills for children with a range of dietary needs handover immediate for a start end of June. Skills Front of house must motivated work on their own initiative. Ideally barista trained. Candidates should be child friendly ideally local to the area or have a short commute. Some of our staff have educational needs and any experience in working with people with learning disabilities is a bonus but not essential. We will require a positive Crb check.
