Grill Chef for busy Gastro bar (City)

The Assembly is a fun busy Gastro Bar in the heart of the City looking for a hardworking individual to join our team as a Cdp Grill Chef. The cuisine is mainly modern European with a focus on al la carte at lunch time and a more tapas style menu in the evening. Duties will include Food preparation following set recipes and methods Making fresh sandwiches to order Basic cooking and preparing hot dishes The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy kitchen environment able to work on own initiative and have a passion for good quality fresh food. You must have impeccable Health and Hygiene Standards and an Nvq or similar qualification would be an advantage. We work from an open kitchen so excellent personal presentation is also a must.
