Job description The ideal Demi chef will be from a 5 star hotel environment. you will have experience in working in a busy rosette kitchen and have good knowledge of the different sections in the kitchen able to run your own section as well as the flexibility to wok across other sections in the kitchen. They cater for private dining bar and lounge functions and weddings.
