The Vu Bathgate requires experienced chef de partie sous chef to work within the events kitchen. A Chef de Partie s primary role is to manage the preparation cooking and presentation of meals. Duties associated with this role including directing chefs in their section in preparing cooking and presenting culinary dishes insuring strict health and hygiene standards and trouble-shooting any problems. We require 3-5 years experience. Competitive salary for work place. Own transport is recommended. Sous Chef wages negotiable depending on experience Immediate start for both positions
